Established in 2021
Patricia has a background in education, customer service, data protection, finance, leadership, sourcing, and refurbishment management.
Since in her teenage years in Brazil, she dreamed of traveling around the world, learning to speak English, working in international companies and making a difference in people’s lives.
The interest to learn more about property started in California-USA, as she had friends investing in land for developments with houses constructed within three months. Patricia has developed Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and owns and manages a collection of rental units.
She is passionate in networking and strengthen long standing relationships. She now runs and hosts the Warrington Property Meetup every month and invites speaker from around the UK to present in front of a community of property professionals from all different backgrounds (e.g. solicitors, builders, interior designers etc.).
